Whatever the occasion, we have you covered.
Q: How do I know what size costume to order?
A: Each product page has a detailed size guide. Please check these measurements carefully before ordering, as sizes can vary between brands and styles. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for comfort.

Delivery & Shipping

Q: Where do you deliver to?
A: We ship our party supplies all around the world! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and very remote areas. You can check availability for your location during the checkout process.
Q: What are my delivery options and how long will it take?
A: We offer two great options to get your party to you:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 10-15 days after shipping via DHL or FedEx.
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50! Processed in 1-2 business days and delivered within 15-25 days after shipping via EMS.
Remember to plan ahead, especially for time-sensitive events!

A: As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery’s journey right to your doorstep!
