Once you’ve placed your order, our team of party elves gets to work! Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pick, pack, and dispatch your goodies.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two great shipping options to get your party supplies to you:
- Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx. Your order will typically arrive within 10-15 business days after it leaves our warehouse.
- FREE Shipping: For all orders over A$50! Shipped via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after dispatch. Perfect for planning ahead!
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as customs processing.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our costumes, accessories, and party supplies. If something isn’t perfect, here’s our simple and stress-free process to make it right.
The Simple Step-by-Step Return Process
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our friendly customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Get Your RMA Number: We’ll email you back with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send anything back without this number, as we cannot process returns without it.
- Pack It Up: Securely pack the unused, original item(s) in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA and order number.
- Ship It Back: Mail the package to our returns warehouse at:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your peace of mind. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs. - Let Us Handle the Rest! Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item promptly!
Refund Timelines & Methods
- Processing Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.
- Issuing Refunds: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Receiving Refunds: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we have processed it.
❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To ensure the health and safety of all our wonderful customers, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Costume Accessories: For hygiene reasons, items such as false eyelashes, face masks, and beards.
- Personalised or Made-to-Order Items: Any products that have been specially customised for your event.
- Clearance Items: Products purchased from a final sale or clearance section (will be marked as such).
- Opened or Used Goods: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been used, worn, or is not in its original resalable condition.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
