  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (A$)
  • Your payment is processed securely – we don’t store your full payment details
  • Your order is only confirmed once payment has been authorized and accepted

Occasionally, we might need to cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If this happens, we’ll notify you and process a full refund if payment was already taken.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We want your party supplies to arrive in perfect condition and on time! Here’s our shipping process:

Processing Time:

After you place your order, our team of party elves needs 1-2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and dispatch your goodies.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping (A$12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Typically arrives within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • FREE Shipping: For orders over A$50! Shipped via EMS. Please allow 15-25 business days for delivery after dispatch.

Important Notes:

  • We ship globally but exclude some remote areas and parts of Asia
  • Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control (like customs processing)
  • You’re responsible for providing accurate shipping information – we can’t be held responsible for deliveries sent to incorrect addresses provided by you
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the package is delivered to the shipping address

6. Returns & Refunds

We stand behind our products! If something isn’t perfect, here’s our process:

Return Timeframe:

You have 15 days from receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange.

The Return Process:

  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
  3. Securely pack the unused item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached
  4. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your RMA and order number

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Costume accessories for hygiene reasons (false eyelashes, face masks, beards)
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)
  • Opened or used goods (unless faulty)

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, and you’re responsible for return shipping costs.
